Duck Cupcakes



I baked these duck cupcakes for a Memorial Day Party. Ingredients include marshmallows (for the tail), doughnut holes (for the head), orange Tootsie rolls (for the beak and feet), mini chocolate candies (for the eyes), and icing. I couldn't find mini chocolate candies for the eyes, so I used mini chocolate chips. The recipe comes from What's New, Cupcake?: Ingeniously Simple Designs for Every Occasion by Karen Tack and Alan Richardson.
